Message from the CEO: 12/6/09
It has recently come to our attention that a few of our valued customers who purchased FRESH CAB product made during November 2009 received packages that were not properly sealed. Because we are concerned, we wanted to make sure there aren't more and to do that we need your help.
If you made a purchase during this time frame and noticed the outer bag on your pouches was not properly sealed, please call us at 1-800-583-2921 and we will immediately issue you a free replacement. This is important to us, as it may affect the shelf life if you choose to store your FRESH CAB for future use.
To stop this from recurring, we have replaced our 1.5 ml. recloseable bag, with a new 3ml. zip-lock bag. We've found it's easier for our handicapped workers to close, and easier for our customers to use. Thank you for your understanding & continued loyalty! Founder & CEO, Kari Warberg Block
